All orders will be processed within 2 working days after payment is received. Once the order is shipped, the delivery address cannot be changed or the order cannot be cancelled.

Please note: weekends and Belgian public holidays are not included in the processing time.

We mainly cooperate with the following shipping companies:

Bpost: Applicable to most standard parcels in Belgium

PostNL: Applicable to the Netherlands and some EU countries

DHL Parcel / DHL Express: For larger items and priority delivery services (extra fees required)

3. Delivery range and timeliness
We currently support delivery to the following areas:

Belgium: 5 working days delivery

Neighboring EU countries (such as the Netherlands, France, Germany, Luxembourg): 6 working days delivery

Other EU countries: 10 working days or more

Non-EU countries: Please contact customer service for customized delivery plans and quotes

4. Shipping fee description
Shipping fees are automatically generated based on the destination and package weight

5. Order tracking
Once the order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number, and you can track the package status in real time through the official website of the shipping company

6. Delays and Liability
Although we will do our best to ensure on-time delivery, the following circumstances may cause delays:

Force majeure (such as bad weather, transport strikes, etc.)

Peak season (such as Black Friday, Christmas, etc.)

Customs inspection (applicable to international orders)

Solar Flare Fold is not responsible for losses caused by delays of third-party transport companies, but we will assist you in communicating with the transporter to resolve the problem.

7. Lost or damaged packages
If the package you received is obviously damaged, or you have not received the package for a long time, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the notification and we will assist you in investigating and handling the relevant claims.
